The Architectural Review Board (ARB) are volunteers and receive no compensation for their time and effort. They are taking time away from their jobs and families in an effort to maintain the property values in the community as well make Governors Grant a safe and desirable place to call home.
The ARB will try to review your request in a timely manner, however it could take as much as 30 days to be reviewed.
Please remember you must receive approval for any exterior modifications to your property. Examples include (but are not limited to):
Addition of an outbuilding or garage
Before any work may be done, you must complete and submit the application. To avoid delays in the review of your request, make sure to include:
Project Start date and estimated End date
Material and Color Selections
Site Plan (showing the location of items for review)
Mark the trees to be removed (when applicable)
Landscape Plans (showing location and type of plants/trees to be used or removed)
If a request is submitted without the required information, it will be denied and returned to you.
