- Design and install landscaping at the cabana/pool driveway entrance
- Maintain our common areas by adding mulch
- Plan and install the fall flower beds
- Plan and install the spring flower beds
- Monitor flower beds, flower planters, and all plants and shrubs to maintain their health
- Update the irrigation
- Update lighting at the entrances
- Install chips at the playground following drainage repair
- Update the fencing for the cabana/pool/clubhouse waste receptacles
